This is a World War II distinctive insignia for the United States Army Infantry ROTC. The DI shows a hand holding a sword upright and reads TAKE IT AND FOLLOW ME.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 7/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enameled areas.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The DI shows some light wear and tarnish with one nick to the enamel along the pin's edge.
