Description
This is a United States Army distinctive insignia for the 307th Airborne Engineer Battalion by Dondero. The DI shows a repeating red and silver pattern and three fleur-de-lis at the top of the insignia.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/16" in height and 15/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with come-under locking catch (swivel part is broken).
MARKINGS:A.H. DONDERO INC. WASH. D.C.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The insignia has some small areas of light to medium wear and tarnish but all of the enamel is intact; swivel portion of catch is broken but pin still will catch.
