WWII Souvenir Submarine Launch Ribbon for the USS S-13

This is a souvenir ribbon for the launching of the USS S-13 from the Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard on October 20, 192The S-13 spent most of her time in the Panama Canal Zone and Caribbean. A 1940 movie references a fictional submarine by the same name.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 5-5/16 in height and 2-1/4" in width.

Printed gold silk.
