This is a sterling distinctive insignia for the United States Army 209th Field Artillery Battalion. This insignia reads KEEP OUT OF RANGE and shows a grizzly bear on its hind legs.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:1-5/16" height and 1-3/16" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated sterling silver with red enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with drop-in swivel locking catch.
