ARTIFACT: This is a sterling silver distinctive insignia for the United States Army 175th Field Artillery. The DI is a striking blue and red crest bearing a cactus, two upward-pointing arrows and a fleur-de-lis seen through a rainbow.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II era.

SIZE: 1-1/8" height and 7/8" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated sterling silver with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: A. H. DONDERO INC. WASH. D.C. STERLING on pin and PAT. number on pin.

ITEM NOTES: This item has been rated a level I rarity by ASMIC (the American Society of Military Insignia Collectors). This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBX97 LEJX10/10
