ARTIFACT: This is a circa late 1950s or early 1960s United States Air Force pilot qualification badge for the F-100 Super Sabre jet fighter in the shape of that aircraft. The United States Air Force flew the supersonic F-100 from 1954 until 1971.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1950s or early 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 7/16" in height and 1-1/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Single post with disc backing.

MARKINGS: STERLING SILVER.
