Description
This is a period color photograph of a United States Air Force F-86 Sabre jet from the early 1950s mounted on cardboard. The F-86 first came out in the late 1940s and was America's first version of the swept wing aircraft, a design geared toward lowering high-speed drag.
VINTAGE:Circa early 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 15-5/8"e; in height by 19-1/4"e; in width (not including foam board).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Photograph mounted on textured cardboard.

ITEM NOTES:This photograph is shrink-wrapped to a piece of foam board. It will be shipped unwrapped and without the foam board, unless arrangements are made for pick-up or special shipping to preserve the shrink wrap mounting.
