ARTIFACT: This is a rare World War I Service medal presented by the Boston, Massachusetts Postal Service. The medal has a bar reading FOR SERVICE from which hangs a red, white and blue striped ribbon and a medallion reading VICTORY.

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: Approximately 3-1/8" in height and 1-5/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Brass, bronze, silk.

ATTACHMENT: Ribbon, suspension ring, horizontal pin on bar with tongue-style catch.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The medal has some small spots of light to medium wear/tarnish only.
