This is a rare World War I Service medal presented by the Boston, Massachusetts Postal Service. The medal has a bar reading FOR SERVICE from which hangs a red, white and blue striped ribbon and a medallion reading VICTORY.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:Approximately 3-1/8" in height and 1-5/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Brass, bronze, silk.
ATTACHMENT:Ribbon, suspension ring, horizontal pin on bar with tongue-style catch.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The medal has some small spots of light to medium wear/tarnish and there is a small stain on the front of the ribbon.
