Late WWII Submarine Launch Tag for the USS Requin SS-481 circa 1945

This is a World War II submarine launch tag for the USS Requin SS-481, launched 1 January 1, 1945, at Portsmouth (NH) Naval Shipyard. Requin was temporarily a part of the Pacific Fleet just before World War II came to an end.

Circa 1945.

About 1-3/4 in width x 2-1/8" in height.
