WWII Submarine Launch Tag for the USS Argonaut SS-475

This is a World War II submarine launch tag for the USS Argonaut SS-475, launched October 1, 1944 at Portsmouth (NH) Naval Shipyard. In her brief span of World War II action, Argonaut rescued a crashed aviator and sunk a Japanese vessel with her guns.
