This is a World War II submarine launch tag for the USS Picuda SS-382, launched July 12, 1943 at Portsmouth (NH) Naval Shipyard. The Picuda earned six World War II battle stars and was transferred to Spain in 1972..
VINTAGE:Circa 1943.
SIZE:About 1-3/4 in width by 2-1/8" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Foiled card stock.
ATTACHMENT:Silk string.
