The dagger comes with its original, very decorative scabbard. The dagger's spiraling handle is in Bakelite and is topped with an eagle's head. This dagger is maker marked and has a release button upon the opposite side from the great wing guard.

VINTAGE: Circa 1946.

SIZE: Dagger: approximately 14-1/4" in length and 3-7/8" in width; scabbard: approximately 10" in length and 1" in width; blade only: approximately 9-5/8" in length and 13/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Steel blade; brass scabbard, guard, pommel; black composite resin grip.

ATTACHMENT: Release button; rings on scabbard.

MARKINGS: 22, shield maker's mark, KOZAK; difficult-to-read inscription naming owner (J‡nos Jaroci? Jarnoci?) 1946.
