This is a circa 1970's patch for the United States Navy Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron 123 (VAW-123), aka "Screwtops". Established April 1, 1967, the squadron is still active. The patch shows a blue and white spiral with an eyeball at its center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1970's.
SIZE:Approximately 4-1/2" in height and 4-1/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/polyester thread, partially coated backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
