Description
This is a Circa 1900's - 1910's New England Insurance Exchange Inspector Badge. The badge is numbered 26, and is a nice example of an early underwriter's badge. The Exchange was established in 188The badge was made by S.M. Spencer Manufacturing of Boston. Massachusetts.
VINTAGE:Circa 1900's - 1910's.
SIZE:Approximately 1-5/8" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel-plated nickel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick pin with forked locking catch.
