ARTIFACT: This is a 1970s United Air Lines 3rd issue captain wing that was originally owned by Kermit R. Steinbeck, a pilot who had fifty-six years of service with United. The wing shows four stars at top and a red, white and blue crest at center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1970s.

SIZE: 7/8" height and 3-3/8" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome- and gold-plated brass with enamel detail.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under locking catch and one stabilization post.

MARKINGS: LEAVENS MFG. ATTLEBORO, MASS.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airline company collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. RBEV95 LABJX9/10

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): Wing has a few minor abrasions.
