1970s United Air Lines 3rd Issue Captain Wing Owned by Kermit R. Steinbeck with Two Diamond Chips

This is a 1970s United Air Lines captain wing that was originally owned by Kermit R. Steinbeck, a pilot who had fifty-six years of service with United. The wing shows a red, white and blue crest at center and four stars at top, two of which have diamond chips.

Circa 1970s.

Approximately 7/8" in height and 3-3/8" in width.

Chrome- and gold-plated brass with enameled areas and diamond chips.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking catch and stabilization post.
