1960s US Army 97th Engineer Battalion DI

This is a 1960s distinctive insignia for the United States Army 97th Engineer Battalion. The DI is a red and white enameled crest with a square knot at ist center and reads NO TASK TOO GREAT.

Circa 1960s.

Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-1/8" in width.

Plated brass with enamel.
