This is a 1960s distinctive insignia for the United States 237th Engineer Battalion. The DI shows a snow-capped mountain against a red sky and reads DEDICATED AND DETERMINED.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts with clutch-back catches.
MARKINGS:P23 MADE IN U.S.A.
