1960s US Army 79th Engineer Battalion DI

This is a 1960s distinctive insignia for the United States Army 79th Engineer Battalion. The DI is a red and white enameled crest and reads FAIT ACCOMPLI (it is accomplished).

Circa 1960s.

Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-1/8" in width.

Plated brass with enamel.

7+ (Very Fine+): The DI shows some light wear and has one hairline on the enamel.
