1960s US Army 62nd Engineer Battalion DI by Green

This is a 1960s distinctive insignia for the United States 62nd Engineer Battalion by Ira Green. The DI is a red and silver crest bearing a trestle and reads MALLEIS MILITO (I soldier with a hammer).

Circa 1960s.

Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-1/16" in width.

Plated brass with enamel.
