This is a 1960s distinctive insignia for the United States Army 43rd Engineer Construction Battalion. The DI shows a fleur-de-lis at the center of four pine tress and reads POWER FOR SERVICE.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts (one is missing).
MARKINGS:D22.

CONDITION:6 (Fine+): The DI shows some moderate abrasions and light pitting and one post is missing.
