1950s US Army 42nd Engineer Battalion DI

This is a 1950s distinctive insignia for the United States Army 42nd Engineer Battalion. The DI is a shows a beaver operating a gear and reads INGENIO NOSTRO MOVENT (through our skill they move).

Circa 1950s.

Approximately 1" in height and 1" in width.

Plated brass with enamel.

Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
