1945-1951 French Badge by Augis for the Ship "Adventure"/Insigne Pour Patrouilleur L'Aventure

This is a French badge for the ship "L'Aventure" (Adventure) by Augis of Lyon. L'Aventure went into active duty in 1944 and served in Indochina. It is beautifully detailed with a profile of a sailor and his ship underneath him. Ceci est un insigne pour le patrouiller L'Aventure par Augis de Lyon. L'Aventure est entre en service actif en 1944 et a servi en Indochine. Il est magnifiquement detailles avec un profil d'un marin et son bateau en dessous de lui.

Circa 1945-1951.

About 1-1/4" in width by 1-1/2" in height. Environ 3.2 cm par 3.8 cm.

Brass with blue enamel. Laiton avec email bleu.

Vertical safety-style pin with saddle. Verticale de securite de style broches avec selle.
