ARTIFACT:
This is a French badge for the Walking Group I-21 "Artois" by Augis. I/21 existed from April 1952 until early 1956, and flew Grumman F8F Bearcats in combat in Indochina. Ceci est un insigne pour le Groupe de Marche I/21 "Artois" faite par Augis. I/21 existait à partir d'avril 1952 jusqu'au début de 1956, et a volé des Grumman Bearcat F8Fs au combat en Indochine.

Circa 1952.
SIZE:
About 1-1/2" in height and 1" in width. Environ 3.8 cm par 2.5 cm.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Silver-plated brass, enamel. Laiton plaqué argent et émail.
ATTACHMENT:
