ARTIFACT:

This is a 1930's - WWII US Navy Leg Irons by Harvard Lock Co. Near Mint in Box with 2 Keys. The Blued Steel are called leg irons, and a long time ago they were made of wrought iron or cast iron, but by the time these were made they are made of steel for extra strength. 

VINTAGE:

1930s - WWII.

SIZE:

Approximately Total Length: 25-1/2 Cuff: 5-1/8" x 4" Chain links: 15" in length.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Blued Steel.
