This is a 1930s distinctive insignia for the United States 60th Coast Artillery Regiment by Meyer. The DI shows a searchlight above a battlement wall and the Lone Star of Texas.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height 1-3/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing, 2 stabilization teeth.
MARKINGS:N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK with engraved maker mark.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The DI shows light wear and tarnish there are two very small pieces of enamel missing.
