This is a 1930s distinctive insignia for the United States Army 64th Coast Artillery Regiment by Meyer. The DI is a red missile with golden wings.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1" in height 1-5/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing, one stabilization post.
MARKINGS:N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK and shield maker mark.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The DI shows only light wear and tarnish with a few small chips in the enamel.
