This is a 1930s distinctive insignia for the United States Army 243rd Coast Artillery Regiment. The DI shows a rooster at the center of a maple leaf with a pine tree above and reads GAME TO THE LAST.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 7/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing, two stabilization teeth.
MARKINGS:None.
