1930s US Army 30th Engineer Battalion DI

This is a 1930s distinctive insignia for the United States 30th Engineer Battalion. The DI shows some mapmaking tools upon a red crest and reads IMPRIMIS (in the first place).

Circa 1930s.

Approximately 1-1/16" in height and 3/4" in width.

Plated brass with enamel.

Single screw post with disc backing.
