ARTIFACT: This is a pair of United States Army Air Forces Type B-1 fleece-lined flight pants by Perry in excellent condition. The pants are fully lined, have zippers at the bottom of each leg and two pockets. There is a USAAF "patch" painted on the front and suspenders.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Size Large.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Leather with fleece lining, leather straps with elasticized cotton, nickel-plated brass buckles.

ATTACHMENT: Suspenders with buckles, zippers.

MARKINGS: TYPE B-1 SPEC. NO 84-3085-A ORDER NO. 43-13612 AF SIZE-LARGE PERRY SPORTSWEAR CO. NEWBURGH, N.Y. PROPERTY AIR FORCE U.S. ARMY: CONMAR on zipper.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. CON-LL-VGEX110 LBBEX4/11 SBBEX5/11

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The pants are in good shape with some small spots of wear, mostly on reverse.
