WWII USAAF Type II Flight Surgeon Wing Shirt-Size in Sterling - Excellent Condition

ARTIFACT: This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces Type II flight surgeon wing in a shirt size. It is in sterling silver and is in excellent condition. It resembles an observer wing with a caduceus at is center.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 5/8" in height and 2" in width.

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: STERLING (marked twice).
