Nice WWII Type I USAAF Flight Surgeon Shirt Size Wing

This is a nice World War II United States Army Air Forces flight surgeon wing in a shirt size. The wing is by Amico and is in gold on silver. It shows a caduceus at its center.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 2-1/32" in width by 11/16" in height.

Gold fill on silver.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

AMICO 1/20 10K G on S (50- in writing on reverse).
