Beautiful Type 1 USAAF Early-WWII Flight Surgeon Shirt-Size Wing by Amico

This is a beautiful Type 1 United States Army Air Forces flight surgeon wing by Amico in gilt sterling silver. The wing shows a caduceus at center.

Circa World War II.

About 11/16" in height and 2-1/16" in width.

Gilt sterling silver.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
