This is a matched pair of jacket and shirt early Type 1 United States Army Air Forces flight surgeon wings. The shirt size one is engraved.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:About 2" and 3".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated sterling silver.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pins with come-under swivel catch.
MARKINGS:Jacket wing reads AMICO STERLING + 1/20 10K on wing and STERLING + 1/20 10K on caduceus; shirt wing reads AMICO STERLING + 1/20 10K W.E. FURNISS D-482876 A.M.E. 1166.
