This is an extremely rare World War II (circa 1943) United States Army Air Force Type 1 flight surgeon wing in gilt brass. The wing shows a caduceus flanked by a pair of spread wings.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II (1943).
SIZE:3-1/8" wing.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in swivel catch.
