This is a minty early World War II (circa 1943) Type 1 United States Army Air Forces flight surgeon wing in gilt brass. The wing shows a caduceus at center.
VINTAGE:Circa early World War II (1943).
SIZE:1-1/16" height and 3-1/16" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts with clutch-back catches.
