Stunning Circa 1943 1st Type USAAF Flight Surgeon Wing in Gilt Sterling by Balfour

This is a stunning first type World War II (circa 1943) United States Army Air Force flight surgeon wing in gilt sterling by Balfour. The wing shows a caduceus flanked by a pair of spread wings.

Circa World War II (1943).

3-1/8" wing.

Gilt sterling.

Horizontal pin with come-under swivel catch.

BALFOUR 1/10 10K GF and LGB 1/10 10K GF.
