Circa Early 1943 USAAF Flight Surgeon Wing by Meyer

This is a nice circa early 1943 United States Army Air Forces flight surgeon wing by Meyer. The wing is in gilt brass and has a caduceus at its center.

Circa World War II (early 1943).

Approximately 1" in height by 3-1/8" in width.

Gilt brass.

Horizontal pin with come-under swivel locking catch.

Engraved MEYER shield maker mark.

7+ (Very Fine+): Most of the gilding to the front of the wing has been lost due to period polishing.
