Nice, circa 1943 United States Army Air Forces Type 1 Flight Surgeon wing in gold-plated brass. The wing features a caduceus at its center and the reverse shows a maker's mark that reads: "GEMSCO N.Y".
VINTAGE:Circa 1943
SIZE:Approximately 3-1/8" x 1-1/16"
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop in locking swivel catch
