RARE Indian-Made USAAF Flight Surgeon Wing in Plated Brass

This is a remarkable example of a RARE Indian-made United States Army Air Forces flight surgeon wing in plated brass. It has a caduceus at its center.

Circa World War II.

About 2-3/8" wide by 3/4" high.

Silver-plated brass.

Horizontal pin with a "C" catch.
