This is a rare World War II United States Army Air Forces 7th Air Force distinctive insignia in enameled sterling silver.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 7/8" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with come-under swivel locking catch.
MARKINGS:STERLING.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The DI is in wonderful shape with some light tarnishing and some small spots of wear to the reverse only.
