This is a World War II variant "snow back" patch for the United States 1st Air Force. The patch shows a winged star and a number 1 and he backing is white.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2-5/8" in height and 2-3/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/silk thread.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The patch has very little wear.
