Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II patch for United States Army 9th Armored Division, also known as the "Phantom" Armored Division. 

The patch is a tri-colored triangle bordered in olive drab and shows a tank, a lightning bolt and the number 9.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 3-9/16"in height and 3-3/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Fully embroidered in cotton/silk thread.
