WWII Submarine Launch Tag for the USS Spikefish SS-404

This is a World War II submarine launch tag for the USS Spikefish SS-404, launched on April 26, 1944 at Portsmouth (NH) Naval Shipyard. The first American submarine to record 10,000 dives, the Spikefish also sunk the last Japanese vessel before the close of World War II.
