This is a submarine jacket patch for the United States Navy's USS Crevalle SS-29The patch reads USS CREVALLE SS-291 and shows a vicious dog carrying a missile and riding a fish with a spiked collar.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II (or immediately after).
SIZE:About 5" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Blue canvas patch embroidered in multi-colored silk/cotton threads.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
