This is a rare hand-painted submarine jacket patch for the United States Navy's USS Crevalle SS-29The patch reads SS-291 USS CREVALLE and shows a vicious dog carrying a missile and riding a fish with a spiked collar.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:About 4-1/2" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Hand-painted canvas patch.
