This is a World War II Japanese Order of the Sacred Treasure IV Class Footlocker Find.

World War II.

Approximately 3-1/4" in height Ribbon: 1-7/8" in width x 1-5/8" in height Medal: 1-5/8" in height x 1-11/16" in width.

Silver, silk ribbon, brass, enamel.

Hook with "U" hasp.

Japanese characters on reverse. "勲功栓章" KUN-KO-SEN-SYO: Merit Medal.
