WWII Japanese High Officer Army Sword with Family Crest (Mon) Unusual Black Painted Sheath

Beautiful WWII Japanese High Officer Army sword with Family Crest (mon) in silver. The grip is ornately embellished brass with a painted wooden handle wrapped in brass wire with a silver flower family crest embellishment and an unusual black painted sheath with one ring.
