WWII Era Serving Tray/Wall Hanging Commemorating Sailor's Service on USS Sargo (SS-188)

Description
This is a serving tray turned wall hanging to commemorate service on the USS Sargo (SS-188), a Pacific Fleet participant who was in Pearl Harbor at the time of the attacks. The glass-covered tray shows a beautiful colorized photo of the Sargo and at the bottom displays a ribbon bar for Wallace Sanderson FCS B/C.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 15-1/4" in height and 22" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wood, glass, paper, photograph, cardboard backing, foil star, silk and plated brass ribbon.
ATTACHMENT:Wire with two eye screws.
MARKINGS:BREAM written at top; BRONZE STAR 1; SILVER 5; BLUE 10; GREEN 50; RED 100 COPYRIGHT 1945, (?)ERTY PICTURE CO. RICHMOND, CALIF. at bottom.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The tray has some light wear and abrasions around its "frame".
